RED needed help developing a scalable and robust content delivery network for their new phone, the Hydrogen One. The network had to be able to handle top of line DRM protection and handle the ability to stream and download their new h4v (3D Video) format.
Basis shipped a secure network with DRM protection that supported a large number of RED’s h4v (3D video) content, delivered across multiple cellular networks. Also, we developed RED’s eCommerce platform that to be deeply connected to their CRM and ERP systems, as well as custom integrations with Stripe to handle 1000+ orders.
With their internal teams impacted, a big-name cloud provider reached out to us with projects they needed designed and deployed quickly, while still adhering to all their internal requirements and standards. We have helped to design, develop, and deploy over 3 projects now.

Toyota/Scion, one of the nation's largest automotive companies with a network of over 1,300 dealers, was challenged with a tight timeline and budget to develop a responsive eLearning tool focused on the training of sales associates on their vehicles, effective sales practices, and regular (or routine?) automotive maintenance.
Basis partnered with Toyota/Scion’s team to fully evaluate their learning tools and content and identify opportunities to enhance the existing content. We created a full eLearning solution, and improved engagement and retention, through gamification and responsive design, and the use of multi-media content (such as video).
The new eLearning solution was leveraged by other parts of Toyota. The system enabled them to review analytics for each dealer, offer rewards/incentives directly to sales associates, and allow dealer owners to better track their sales associates training. The project was completed on time and on budget and Toyota/Scion saw a significant increase in performance and usability.

Basis implemented custom analytics to audit and assess Cornell communication systems, collateral, and funding funnels. Moreover, we analyzed their user flows, bounce rates, and other key metrics to optimize UX on Cornell’s two largest web properties.
As a result, Cornell was able to automate its Alumni marketing efforts from campaign inception to completion. Cornell raised over $7 million in online giving in one day. We defined the website CRM, CMS, and Analytics to be leveraged for all Cornell properties moving forward.
